Description |
Cartouche shaped edge, in center is winged staff with shield. Superimposed shield is blue with gold lamp and initials "I.E.S." encircling shield is blue band with gold letters, "Illuminating Engineering Society". Metal and cloth, gold and blue. Catalog Work Sheet Marks: text as above Medal (gold colored) with I.E.S. shield in center and name spelled out in circle surrounding shield background, which is painted blue. Ribbon is yellow & light blue, faded on top side. Ribbon hangs from rectangular metal-frame pin with TAE's name on it. Pin and holder on back. Ribbon is stained on back. Back of medal is scratched. |
